How does the digital postcard work?

After you create your postcard and complete checkout, your digital postcard is ready right away. You will instantly receive a private share link that you can send to the recipient.

Can I send it directly from the website?

Yes. You can send your digital postcard directly from the website, or copy the share link and send it yourself through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Messenger, or any other app.

Is there any shipping or waiting time?

No. Digital postcards are delivered instantly online, so there is no shipping cost and no waiting for physical delivery.

What happens after I order?

If you choose a digital postcard, your private link is available after checkout. If you choose a printed postcard, we prepare your design and ship it to the address entered at checkout. You can contact us if you notice an issue, but changes may not be possible once processing has started.

Can I add my own message?

Yes. Each postcard includes a message area where you can write your personal note. You can also adjust the writing style, size, and ink color depending on the postcard design.

Can I add a signature?

Yes. On supported postcards, you can draw your signature with your finger or mouse and place it directly on the postcard.

Can I add a recipient address?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s name, street address, city, ZIP code, and country in the address area. Please make sure the address is complete and accurate before ordering.

Can I preview my postcard before ordering?

Yes. You can preview your personalized postcard while creating it. Please carefully check your message, address, spelling, and layout before placing the order.

Can I change my postcard after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your postcard has not yet been prepared or processed, we will do our best to help. Once production or processing has started, changes may not be possible.
